Bought the flat along with parking space in 2013 and all these years people were parking their vehicles especially bikes in my parking space while I would travel. Now that I have got my car parked constantly past few weeks my car got scratched and today someone spat on my car...how do I deal with such kind of subtle ways of harrasment.

A.Dear Client,
If your flat belongs to a housing society, then you, being a resident member of the said Society, need to bring the matter to the notice of the President/Secretary of the Society for a resolution in the matter. Parking of two-wheelers in the parking of others is not allowed in a housing complex run and maintained by a registered Society following its Bylaws. If the matter is not resolved at this end, then approach the Registrar or Dy. Registrar of Cooperative Society or the competent authority under the State Apartment Owners Act, if the society or association is registered with them for redressal of your grievance.
