A.Dear Client,
When a Bank account is frozen by the Bank on the instruction of the Cyber Crime Cell on receipt of a complaint of a fraudulent or suspicious transaction. This means that the account holder cannot access the funds in the account, and cannot make any transactions. The account shall remain inoperative/frozen until the cybercrime incident is investigated and resolved and a NOC is issued by the Cyber Cell. To unfreeze or to make your account operative, you need to contact your Bank as well as Cyber Cell. They will be able to tell you more about the cybercrime incident and what you need to do to resolve the matter. So, you have to wait for the completion of the investigation of the scam by the investigating agency. The length of time it takes to investigate a cybercrime can vary greatly depending on the complexity of the case, the resources available to the investigators, and the cooperation of the victim. You may consult with a cyber crime expert for further guidance and suitable steps.

A.Dear Client,
If your Binance P2P trading account has been frozen, you'll need to follow specific steps to try and resolve the issue. Here's what you can do:

Contact Binance Support: Reach out to Binance's official customer support through their website or app. Provide them with your account details and explain the situation. They may be able to guide you on why your account was frozen and what steps you need to take to resolve it.

Complete Required Verification: In many cases, cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance may freeze accounts temporarily for security reasons or to complete a verification process. Ensure you have completed any necessary identity verification, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Make sure your identity documents are up-to-date and valid.

Check for Emails or Notifications: Sometimes, Binance may send emails or notifications to inform users about the reason for the account freeze. Check your registered email address and any messages you may have received on the Binance platform.

Contact Your Bank: If you made a transaction related to your Binance account, such as a deposit or withdrawal, through your bank, you may want to contact your bank manager or the bank's customer support to inquire about the status of the transaction and whether there are any issues from their end.

Be Patient: Resolving account issues with cryptocurrency exchanges can sometimes take time, especially if there are security concerns or if additional documentation is required for verification. Keep communication open with Binance support and follow their instructions.

Avoid Third-Party Services: Be cautious of third-party services claiming to offer solutions to unlock your account for a fee. Stick to official channels and avoid sharing sensitive information with unauthorized sources.

Seek Legal Advice: If you've followed all the official channels and your account remains frozen without a reasonable explanation, consider seeking legal advice to explore your options.

Remember to remain patient and follow the instructions provided by Binance's official support channels. Keep all communication documented for reference. Cryptocurrency exchanges are subject to regulatory requirements, and resolving account issues may take time to ensure compliance with these regulations.
Thank you.
