Residential member of society or committee have any authority can park their vehicle in the front of spaces of commercial shops.
A.Dear Sir,
If that space belongs to local authority like municipality or BBMP then no body can question except traffic police.

A.Dear Client,
Parking of vehicles other than the earmarked parking place is termed as wrong parking that violates the provision of the Motor Vehicle Act and also the rules of Civic authority. A model bylaws of a Society is silent over the subject matter of wrong parking. So, in the absence of any specific clause or point on the subject in the governing bylaws, a Society has to follow the provision of relevant laws/rules applicable to the citizens across the country. The owner of the commercial shop can raise an objection before the Society and the Society may settle or resolve the matter by passing a resolution in a duly convened meeting of EC/GB members. Failing which owner of the commercial shop may escalate the matter before the concerned authorities.

A.Dear client,
There is no clear indication that residential members of a society or committee can park their vehicles in front of commercial shops.
However, if your vehicle blocks the entry to the shop, it can be considered an infringement of their rights and would be illegal.
