Quashing of a false rape FIR Quashing of a false rape FIR

A married woman who was living separatedly from her
husband was in relationship with me and we had
consensual sex without any promise of marriage..we
were in live in relation for 1.5 years...after that i started
living with my mom dad...for some problems in our
relation that lady filled a rape case against me..she
wrote in the FIR that 15th February i took her to my home
to meet my mom dad but there was no one at the home and
i forcefully raped her. But the truth is we did not even
meet that day and my father also can't walk, and we medical reports of him that he Can't walk so her
alligation of taking her to my home when my mom dad
was not present is false alligation and the FIR is fully
false.after that police arrested me as i didnot know that
she was filling the false case against me..but i get bail in
first chance from sessions court.. First of all we had
consensual sex and we were in livein relation that's why i
Don't have to take her to my home for doing sex.
Police also investigate that we were in livein rlsn.. And i
have call recordings in which she is insisting me for having sex and telling me to come at her home and also i have video that she is insisting me to hug her..
and admiting that we had consensual sex..pls tell me that what are the chances of quashing my FIR. And her medical is negative.

Quashing of FIR: To have the FIR quashed, you may advise to file a quash petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) before the High Court. In this petition, you will need to present compelling arguments and evidence to demonstrate that the FIR is false, frivolous, or vexatious.
