A.Dear Client,
Contractual employees are entitled to be issued a notice with regard to the unsatisfactory nature of their service or for other valid reasons before they are terminated from their employment prior to the end of the contract. If a company decides to terminate the contractual employment, written notice must be issued to the employee for the termination. Once the Company has established the reason for contract termination, it must notify the other party of its intentions in writing otherwise it may be termed as illegal termination and a contractual employee/worker can raise the grievance against his employer over alleged illegal termination before the concerned LEO or the Labour Commissioner who is the controlling authority under Contract Labour(Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970.

A.Dear Client, start by reviewing your employment contract and any terms related to termination. Ensure you understand the provisions, including the notice period required for termination, compensation, and any other relevant terms. If necessary, you can file a case against the company in a labor court.
