A.Dear Client,
If the admission fees are refundable on time-bound cancellation of admission as per the admission policy expressly mentioned either in the Admission Form or in the prospectus of the college, then you may ask for a refund of admission fees paid for the course at the time of admission provided you opt for cancellation of admission within the time limit. But in case the admission fees are non-refundable and it is expressly mentioned in the admission form or prospectus, the chance of getting the refund of admission fees appears to be almost remote even through litigation because by accepting the express terms of admission you get yourself admitted to the course. However, you may take a chance by filing a complaint before the Consumer Court against the institution claiming a refund of admission fees without availing the service from the service provider along with compensation for harassment. You can file a complaint online mode through e-daakhil portal ( https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/ ) of the Consumer Affairs Deptt. for redressal of your grievance.

Review the Terms and Conditions: Check the company's website or any documents you received during the admission process for any terms and conditions related to cancellations or refunds.

Contact Customer Support: Reach out to the company's customer support or service team through email or phone. Explain your situation, express your concerns, and request to cancel your admission. Document your communications with them, including dates and times.

Check Applicable Laws: Research consumer protection laws in your area or country. Some jurisdictions have specific regulations that protect consumers in cases where companies don't have clear cancellation policies.

Credit Card or Payment Provider: If you paid for the admission using a credit card or through an online payment provider (like PayPal), contact them to inquire about a chargeback or dispute resolution process.

Write a Formal Request: If you don't receive a satisfactory response from the customer support team, write a formal request for cancellation via email or letter. State your request clearly and politely and mention any relevant consumer protection laws if applicable.

Online Reviews and Complaints: Consider posting your concerns and experience on review websites or social media. Sometimes, companies are more responsive when they see negative reviews from customers.

Regards
