I just want to a typical range of the fees so that I can arrange or if I cant afford it I will the case as it is. I understand Lawyers need to know the case details to fix a price but giving consultation fees & then if the fee is high then again I have to consult another advocate so want to know typical fee range please. Legal fees can vary significantly based on several factors, including the complexity of the case, the experience and reputation of the lawyer, and the location. In India, legal fees can range widely, especially when cases are at different stages and involve varying complexities.

For your situation, where the case is halfway through, and the lawyer needs to handle cross-examination and other proceedings, you might expect legal fees to be substantial. Legal fees for mid-stage cases, particularly when there's significant work left, can be in the range of several lakhs of rupees.
