A.Dear Client,
In case of an accident, it's crucial to file an accident report with the local police. You can go to the police station and report the accident, providing all the necessary details. Your friend may also need to provide a statement. Driving without a license is illegal in India, and it can lead to legal consequences. Your friend may face penalties for driving without a valid license. Since the bike's papers belong to you, you are the legal owner of the vehicle. It is your responsibility to report the accident to the police and handle any legal matters related to the vehicle.

A.Dear Client,
Without a valid driving license, one cannot drive a motor vehicle on the road and similarly, without authorization from the owner of the vehicle one should not drive or use the vehicle. So, in case you file a complaint for hit and run or rush driving against another vehicle that is involved in the incident, you have to face the legal consequences in the absence of the said statutory documents with your friend who was driving the vehicle and victim of hit and run case.
