A.Dear Client,
In the prevailing situation, you need to bring the matter to the notice of the concerned competent authority, Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat to resolve the matter amicably at the prelitigation stage failing which after serving a legal notice to the errant neighbor and making a GD in the local police station, file a suit against them before the competent court of law under Sec.268 of IPC for the commission of public nuisance for appropriate relief. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps. Further, you can file a complaint against the errant neighbor at the Public Grievance Cell of the respective DM's office for redressal of the issue.

A.Dear Client,
If communication fails, contact your local municipal authorities or panchayat to report the issue. They may be able to mediate or offer a solution to the problem. If the harassment persists, you may consider seeking a restraining order against your neighbor to prevent them from approaching your property or engaging in abusive behavior. If your neighbor's actions continue to disrupt your life, you can file a formal complaint with the local police. Be prepared to provide evidence such as photographs, videos, or witness statements to support your case.
