Present n permanent address issue and OBC certificate confusion

I m living in Pune Maharashtra since my birth with my family. I made OBC NCL certificate from UP as my father belongs to UP by providing one of my uncle's OBC in UP State. Recently I got selected for central govt job and waiting for attestation form. My confusion is- (1) Which address to write as permanent address -UP OBC wala or Pune wala
(2) if I give UP OBC wala add as permanent add then I don't have any other document to support it as my aadhar and all other documents(DL , Passport etc )as well as my father's Aadhar n all other documents is from Maharashtra
(3) if I give Pune address as permanent add then would there be any issue as my OBC certificate is from UP
(4) what if I don't give OBC certificate at all as I got selection in UNRESERVE category

If you have applied for and obtained an OBC NCL (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate from Uttar Pradesh, ensure that you have all the valid documentation and paperwork for the OBC certificate. While your permanent address is in Pune, the OBC certificate from UP should not pose a significant issue, especially if it has been legally obtained from the appropriate authorities.
You have to give UP address as your permanent address otherwise you have to face other consequences. Nobody will ask for other supporting documents in respect of UP residence.
When you get a selection for an unreserved category job, you need to show the relevant documents other than a caste certificate that proves your identity and address which are obtained from Maharashtra or as required by the attesting authority.
