Caste certificate in rajasthan

I am from rajasthan. I want to make my caste certificate on mother's behalf, my mother is from st category. She has st caste certificate. I was raised on my mother's side, and I also use my mother's caste. What will be the process?

In certain circumstances - say the mother is divorced or widowed, the child can get the caste of his/her mother. “This will help children of women who are divorced or separated. There are also children who do not have details of their father and face difficulties in getting these certificates. This is why we have decided to begin issuing caste certificates in the name of the mother as well,” Rajasthan’s social justice and empowerment department secretary Samit Sharma said. If your mother has a valid ST (Scheduled Tribe) caste certificate, it might be helpful. The process typically involves submitting the required documents, such as proof of residence, birth certificate, and the existing caste certificate of the parent to the concerned Tehsildar along with the application. Reach out to the Tehsildar who can provide detailed information on the specific documents needed and the application process.
