fraud in purchase and sell of land fraud in purchase and sell of land

I bought 100 metre square with my cousin as a joint owner of land property. After one year we sold 50 metre square to a third person but now I had to know that mutation of the whole property in the government revenue record had been at the name of third person to whom we sold only 50 metre square...In government revenue record whole 100 metre square is in the name of third person...But now the third person did a gift deed of 50 metre square to my cousin. Thus my cousin had become the single owner of the remaing 50 metre square....What can a do now....What is the remedy to punish the third person and my cousin for this fraud

A.Dear Client, First First of all file a simple application to the mutation/revenue department asking for correcting the records which they may not do. Then you need to file a case/original application with Land, Records and Tenancy Tribunal (LRTT) ( some states it is called LRT)making the mutation/revenue department as one of the party. LRTT shall pass the order on basis of which the correction in the mutation will be done

A.Dear client
If you believe there has been fraud, you may file a complaint with the local police. Provide them with the evidence you have gathered and explain the circumstances surrounding the alleged fraudulent transactions. Contact the revenue authorities in your area to report the discrepancy in the mutation records. Provide them with the relevant documents and information to support your claim. If criminal action is not sufficient or applicable, you may consider filing a civil lawsuit against the parties involved.
