376 2(n) service report of notice
How much time court waits for the service report to come? What steps we can take to ask court to send a new notice to respondent?
A.Dear Madam,
You may advance the case through your public prosecutor or through private advocate and if court agrees then fresh notice will be sent to the Respondent.

A.Dear Client,
It depends on what service report it is and what kind of case the court is handling. a service report is usually provided when it is summoned by the court. the court can not send any kind of notice to the respondent. it provides judgment but can summon respondent
