Respected sir,
I am from Assam.Mey hindu aur mey Muslim cast ko land sale kar Raha hu. Wo log aj demarcation case Kiya hai. Q no 1 -Isse Hume kya dikkhat hogi, hum kya kavi vi land sale nhi kar paunga. Q no 2 - aur ismein kya koi payasa kharch karna padega kya,

A.Dear client,
There is no law which says that person from one religion cannot sell land to person from another religion and if there is anything in Assam then that must be challenged in the court of law.
You may have to spend some money for any government related services if else not.

A.Dear Client,
There’s nothing illegal here. You can sell your land to any person irrespective of what religion he practices provided you abide by the legal compliances with respect to the transfer of the title of the land and so you don’t need any kind of special permission to sell the property to a person belonging to the Muslim religion. The seller should have a good title through a registered sale deed and his name should be in revenue records. For any kind of objection or law and order crisis, file a complaint at the local police station and file a petition before the District Magistrate seeking police protection for safety and security.
