A.Dear Client,
The school authorities can confiscate the mobile in case of violation of school policy. In that case, you can write an apology letter and request the mobile phone. Further, the school is not allowed to withhold your mobile phone for a long period, in case of an offense they need to hand it over to the police, otherwise, they should return it. However, in this case, it is important to know the reason for confiscation of your mobile to answer this question precisely.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client
The School can take a mobile phone in a circumstance if they feel it necessary and expedient, but they must give it back to the student at the end of the school day. The school does not have the right to confiscate a mobile phone of a student that belongs to his/her other than for the length of the school day. A parent may be asked to pick the phone up. If the school refuses to return the phone, the parents of the student can make a complaint at the local police station for n/a.
