Intimation of payments towards puchase of property for government employees

If a central government employee is a co-buyer of a flat along with another family member, it is compulsory to give intimation regarding it to the employer according to CCS Conduct Rules 1964, rule 18. Now along with intimation, I have to submit transaction statements for the payments made from my bank account. Now the other co-buyer also made payments from his own account. Is it also mandatory to submit transaction statement of his payments to my employer according to the rules? Will there be any consequences if I don't submit statement of partial payments made by him?
