Sir we have land dispute with neighbor and there is a partition suit case pending against our plot. Now the neighbour send 107crpc notice repeatedly against my whole family. Every time we released by paying the bond then again we received 107cprc notice from police station. Sir what is the remedy from such harassment ?
A.Dear Sir,
107 Cr.P.C is a petty case to maintain law and order problem. You may challenge such notice before the Sessions Court and get it cancelled.

A.Dear client,
Section 107 of the Criminal Procedure Code states that the executive magistrate has the power to apprehend any individual for not more than a year on information that a person is likely to disturb peace and public tranquility. TO get a relief from it a petition stating that the complaint was false can be flied in high court to quash the rpoceeding under section 107 of CrPC which was launched by executive megistrate.
