Dear sir i have purchased bmrda plot in july 2023. Where as a civil case runing on this svrvey number from nov 2022.Seller not informed as he saying now he donot know about case.Recently they painted with os number.What to do

A.Dear client,
You have been misguided by the person in concern.
A property , in dispute cannot be sold, till there is a specific order.
You need to send legal notice to the person who got you engaged in the same(including the owners).
You might also need to get an FIR lodged, inform the corporation/ relevant authorities with a letter.
You should also lodge a civil suit against the seller.
Contact a civil lawyer immediately.
