A.Dear client,

The Supreme Court has set a guidelines for divorce and alimony cases. The rules set forth by the supreme court in Rajnesh v. Neha have aided in standardising the information provided by the parties in their affidavits, enabling the court to make a thoughtful decision in these cases. The court held that, According to the Hindu Marriage Act, both husband and wife are entitled to maintenance and alimony.Under the Hindu Marriage Act of 1955, both parties to a divorce are entitled to maintenance from the other party. If a husband is filing the divorce case, he may prefer to file it in the city he is based in or working in. As per section 209 of IPC, you may file a charge against someone filing a false complaint.

Thank you
