A.Dear Client,
It appears to be a potential scam, as legitimate job opportunities should not involve requesting individuals to pay money upfront. In such situations, it's crucial to cease any further transactions or payments and refrain from providing additional personal information. Report the incident to your local law enforcement authorities and relevant consumer protection agencies. Additionally, if you have any documentation or correspondence with the company, preserve it as evidence. Consider seeking advice from a legal professional to explore potential avenues for recourse and to understand your rights in this situation. Remember, it's essential to remain cautious and verify the legitimacy of job opportunities before engaging in any financial transactions.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
From the nature of activities, as explained by you, it appears that the company is involved/engaged in unfair trade practices as defined under Sec.2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. So, if you possess sufficient evidence that supports of claim, after serving a legal notice to the Company, you can file a complaint against the Company over alleged unfair trade practices under Sec.35 of the Act before the Dist. Consumer Commission claiming refund of money paid to the company along with compensation for harassment. A complaint before the Consumer Court shall be filed within two years from the date of the cause of action. Additionally, you can file a criminal suit against the Company under Sec.415 of IPC for cheating. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
