Infringement on personal space of my apt

Can the home owners association infringe on my apt space and have common pipes pass thru
A.Dear Client,
An Association can use common space for a common purpose. If they anyway use any space that belongs to the flat owner space, you can raise your protest against such unauthorized encroachment. If the matter is not resolved by the association you can escalate your grievance before the competent authority like the Registrar or Dy. Registrar of the Cooperative Society or the concerned authority of Housing Deptt, constituted under the state-specific Apartment Ownership Act for redressal of your grievance.
