Sir my question is that
My house and my uncle's house is in same boundary wall and my house in the rural area and my house is 6.5 Marla can I apply ews ?

A.Dear Client,
To qualify for the issue of EWS Certificate, a candidate's annual family income must be less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum. Their family must not own more than 5 acres of agricultural land. The residential flat area should be below 1000 sq ft. If you meet these criteria, you can apply for the issue of EWS Certificate to the competent authority. You may visit the office of DM/SDM/Tehashilder for more information/clarification in this regard.
