BASIC SALARY RULE PRIVATE SECTOR-AS PER MY CONDITION

Mai ek Private company me kaam karta hu delhi,bawana industrial are me ,muje waha pe 6 saal ho gye hai kaam krte huye, meri date of joining 17.10.2017 lekin register me 17.10.2018 ki dikha rakhi hai aur us samay mai 25000 rupey me laga tha waha,fir saal dar saal mera increment hota gya jiski detail neeche hai,
17.10.2017- starting 25,000 (cash milta tha )
2018 me 30,000 ( cash milta tha )
2019 me 33000 in bank (salary sheet me basic dikha rakha hai)
2020 me 33000 in bank (salary sheet me basic dikha rakha hai)
2021 me 34850 in bank (salary sheet me basic dikha rakha hai)
2022 me -37850 in bank (salary sheet me basic dikha rakha hai)
2023 me 37850 in bank (salary sheet me basic dikha rakha hai)
2024 me 44000 in bank ab 26000 dikh diya basic
Ye sara basic laga rakha tha company ne, aur 18 din leave ke paise milte hai, uska hisab tha ( 37850/30x18)
Jo hume har January me milta hai.
Note :company me 70 approx log kaam krte hai , 23 logo ko permanent dikha rakha hai company me unka delhi government ke hisaab se hota hai sab kuch, lekin hum staff ke logo na nahi hai ,hume bonus bhi nahi milta apni marji se jo de de wo log wahi bonus hai bas..
Main question : 2017 se 2023 tak company basic jo salary milti thi wahi lagati rahi(salary sheet ka recod hai mera pas), ab ab unhone mera basic 26000 kar diya hai bol rahe hai ye rule hai,rule hai 6 saal tak basic wahi tha jo hume bank me mil raha tha ab basic 26000 kar diya baki HRA or Transport allowance me daal diya ..aur ab leave me paise ka hissab bhi basic se kar rahe hai bol rahe hai rule hai, muje badi confusion hai kyuki 2019 se 2023 tak wahi hamari salary jo bank me aati hai wahi basic salary thi,ab 26000 laga rahe hai meri gratuity 37850 se jayada or 26000 se kam banegi …. Agar company rule se chal rahi hai to hume basic ke hisaab se Diwali bonus bhi de … kirya karke rule ke bare me bataye rule kya hai or mai kya kru ..please
My few question:-
1.) Yehi rule hai company se 2017 se kyu nahi lagaya rule
2.) 2024 se kyu laga rahi (please rule samjaye)
3.) 2024 se company rule me aa gyi to 2017 se 2023 tak jo kam kiya uska kya
4.) Muje pure 5 saal ho gye muje meri gratuity kis hisaab se milegi 2023 tak basic 37850 tha ab 26000 hai
5.) Please muje bataye mai kya karu
