Mental harassment by family

I'm being mentally harassed by my mother from many years because I'm her girl child but from last ten years this started becoming more cruel as she call me names and accuse me of things that are not even reality, now from last two years my father and sister also started doing the same and they keep me locked inside all the time, I can't meet anyone or talk to anyone unless they say so I asked for family help but they were no use I have no proof. I did try to stand for myself but she threatened me with saying that she will commit suicide or harm me if she can. What can I do now can I ask for legal help or something else
