Does the caste of wife change post inter-caste marriage?

Groom is from Maratha Caste (Open category), while bride is from Loanri Caste (OBC Category).
1. After the marriage, would the caste of bride to change to that of Groom?
2. Would the bride continue to receive benefites in govt jobs, education under OBC quota?
3. What will be the caste of the child of the married couple? Mother's or father's?
4. Does the change in surname of bride to that of groom, automatically cause change to the caste of bride?
