A.Dear Client,

To ensure the authentic status of a pending court case, relying solely on the information provided in an advocate's notice may not be sufficient. To obtain accurate and official information, you can take the following steps:

1. Obtain a Certified Copy of Proceedings or Order Sheet:
- Visit the concerned court where the case is pending.
- If you are a party to the case, you can fill out an application form for the issuance of a certified copy (CC) of the day's proceedings or an order sheet.
- Pay the required fees for obtaining the certified copy.

2. Seek Assistance from a Law Clerk:
- If needed, you may seek assistance from a law clerk of the court to guide you through the process of obtaining the certified copy.
- Law clerks are often familiar with the procedures and paperwork involved in obtaining court documents.

3. Verification of Case Status:
- After obtaining the certified copy, review the day's proceedings or the order sheet to verify the current status of the case.
- The certified copy will provide an official record of the court's activities on a particular day.

Relying on official court documents ensures the accuracy and authenticity of the information regarding the status of a pending case. It's important to note that laws and procedures may vary, so it's advisable to consult with legal professionals or court staff for specific guidance based on the jurisdiction where the case is being heard.

You can obtain a certified copy of the day's proceedings or an order sheet from the Concerned court if you are a party to the case. A.Dear Sir,
You have to physically check the file so that know the actual status of the case. You should not believe the online narrations which are very brief.
