Our pending payment is 44.6 lacs against which we filed case of 138 .DCP issuied arrest warrants against our criminal FIR on 1/3/24.The party want to make 5 lacs payment by Draftas part payment against dishonered cheqes. Should we accept part payment or ask them to deposit in court on next hearing on 9th apr or we ask them to clear at least one payment of 22.3 lacs to clear payment against one dishonered cheqe. Kindly advice with regards K C Tannan

A.Dear Sir,
You may enter into settlement before the Criminal Court with a liberty to proceed in criminal way if remaining amount is not paid as per the agreed schedule of repayment.
