Ban on entry for pets in society parks Ban on entry for pets in society parks

I am a resident of a housing society in Noida. There are 7-8 pet parents including me who take their dogs to parks for walking and exercise. The society has imposed a ban for the entry with fine of 300. Please suggest what we can do legally? As far as I know no restrictions can be imposed in comman areas. Also there is no designated space for dogs.
