Building name has been changed

Hi Sir,

We brought a flat around 2 yrs back with LIC loan in doddanakundi -banglore and registration had happened with building name as "Sri balaji pride".until last month there he didn't keep building name.past month suddenly he kept building name as "krishan Homes"
Till now there is no transformer has installed in this building.

I could not understand why he changed name.could you please guide me how to proceed further.

A.Dear Sir,
You may ask the owner not to change the building name.

We requested but he is told that he will append 1 more below..now a days he is not even lifting phone
