Need help with mental health treatment

Need help with mental health treatment. They told me that it will take one month to cure the mental health disease dosage reduce. They keep me for two years and case of cheating. They are threatiening me to put back that if I send email or anything else. They took my money doesnot give the answer and made me to sign blank check. I can operate account my self and live alone also. My brother is not giving the straight answer.
A.Dear client, you can file a case under sec 420 for cheating and under section 503 of ipc for criminal intimidation.
