Apartment Issue Apartment Issue

There are 6 families in our apartment, it consists of car parking in ground floor; 1st floor -3 flats; 2nd floor 3 flats. My kid who is 5 yr old and the another family (who is 2nd floor) kids who are 7 and 9 yr old used to play for every 30 mins in the terrace during evening. They jus play max of 30 mins and only few secs will run around the terrace, it was not even a continuous run of 1 or 2 mins as they are kids. There is one family who keep on creating issue stating kids should not play in the terrace at all and its creating an headache; and continue to fight with us often stating it's there property (terrace). We spoke and told that kids play is only for half hour and even took a video of their play how long is their run and jus doing the play through yoga; ball passing etch but didn't listen. They started scolding the kids directly by not to carry ball and this has been happening on every day. Adding to this, to threaten everyone in the apartment they have kept 3 lemon on Ammavasai day so that kids will not come and use the terrace. Seriously, do not know how to tackle this issue. Everyday myself or the other parent has to go and see the kids play as they are threatening them or informing not to play in terrace. Could you please help with an solution.

A.Dear Client,

Attempting to resolve the issue amicably through mutual understanding is often the most beneficial approach for all parties involved. Litigation can not only be costly in terms of legal expenses but also has the potential to strain relationships and prolong the resolution process for months or even years. Therefore, it is advisable to prioritize communication and compromise to achieve a peaceful co-existence. This might involve mediation, negotiation, or seeking assistance from a neutral third party to facilitate discussions and find common ground. Investing time and effort into finding a mutually acceptable solution can help avoid the negative consequences associated with prolonged legal battles and preserve the cordial relationship between co-residents.

A.Dear Client,
In the given scenario, any solution to resolve the issue may cost you more apart from the legal consequences for a couple of days/months. Try your level best to resolve the matter amicably with mutual understanding for a peaceful co-existence, otherwise, litigation may drag away the matter for years damaging the cordial relationship between the co-residents of the apartments. In case of a worse situation, you may consult with an Advocate for guidance and steps.
