Process to add a co-owner applicable stamp duty and registration fees

My mother owns as loan free 1 RK (192 sq ft) studio apartment home in Maharashtra's Talegaon Dabhade (Varale) area. She wants to add me as a co-owner on the property. That's because she does not have time to look after the house, tenants, and attend society meetings. I wish to know the process, applicable stamp duty, and registration fees applicable on this transaction in my state.
