Family - father has reduced age in aadhar card

If a person father has reduced age in aadhar card while it was applied and as per aadhar the child is 17 but in real it's 19 and if child admits the safe to official that he/she is 19 not 17. Will then he/she will be considered major and will be able go make their own decisions?
