A.Dear Client,

To provide a suitable response, additional information regarding the specific legal procedures and circumstances surrounding the transfer of the immovable property from your father to your uncle is necessary. Key details include:

1. The method of transfer (e.g., sale, gift, inheritance).
2. Whether the property is freehold or leasehold.
3. Any existing legal agreements or restrictions on the property.
4. The establishment and ownership structure of the school on the property.

Once these details are provided, I can offer guidance on the necessary legal procedures and considerations for the transfer of ownership and the operation of a school on the property.

A.Dear Client,
Your query requires more details to address it suitably. When a person gives away ownership of an immovable property that requires compliance with legal procedures to make the transfer of title or ownership of the property valid and enforceable under law. So, here, how your father gives away/transfers a portion of his immovable property to your uncle matters the most especially when a school is established and running on the said land. A school cannot be permitted to run on land that is not freehold land, donated/gifted by its owner or the land belongs to a Trust. You are, therefore requested to revert to us with all these details/information to address your query suitably.
