A.Dear Client,

Section 35(3)(a) of the Registration Act, 1908 outlines the procedure for handling the admission or denial of document execution before the Registrar. If the person purportedly executing the document denies its execution, or if they appear to be a minor, an idiot, or a lunatic, or if the person is deceased and their representative or assign denies its execution, the Registrar must refuse to register the document for the denying party. Consequently, the deed or document remains unregistered and unenforceable under the law.

A.Dear Client,
Sub-section 3(a) of Sec.35 of the Registration Act, 1908 deals with the procedure for admission and denial of execution of document/deed before the Registrar. As per Sub-Sec.3a, If any person by whom the document purports to be executed denies its execution, or (b) if any such person appears to the registering officer to be a minor, an idiot or a lunatic, or (c) if any person by whom the document purports to be executed is dead, and his representative or assign denies its execution, the registering officer shall refuse to register the document as to the person so denying its registration, In that case, registration of said deed or document stands unregistered and unenforceable under law.
