A.Dear Client,

To address issues of deficiency in service and unfair trade practices by the Builder and the Society, start by serving them a legal notice. Subsequently, file a complaint before the District Consumer Commission under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The complaint should outline the entire dues of rent, request for early registration of flats, and seek compensation for harassment. It's crucial to file the complaint within two years from the date of the cause of action.
