Are husbands not allowed to see heartbeat in early pregnancy ultrasound scan

My husband was not allowed to see heartbeat in early pregnancy ultrasound scan today in Apollo clinic Bengaluru, Karnataka,India . They said there is some circular dated 18.03.2024 as per which attendee is not allowed to see .
Is that true ?
