I was into relation, and we broke up mutually as our marriage thing was not working, so decided to get a part ways. Now I am engaged to one girl and my ex is interfering in our life. I have moved on and began new life after engagement. But she is deliberately coming in to my life and creating problems between me and my fiance. Now she began to harrass me by mentally.
Please help me out with this.

A.Dear Client,
It is a clear case of harassment and it is advisable that your fiance to file a complaint than you directly . your fiance can file a case of harassment under sec 509 of IPC for harassing a woman and invading her privacy. you can file a complaint against her and send a legal notice if want to initiate legal proceeding.
