Apt whatsapp group
Our apt has a whatsapp group, on which one owner of each flat is added. This was done previously as per whatsapp terms and conditions of only 240 members can be part of group. Now with whatsapp updating it to 1024 members, co owners are requesting the management committee to add them to the group. But they refusing them to be added. Is this legally correct, as am missing out in the communication in whatsapp group as a co owner. Any advice please would be appreciated
A.Dear Sir,
Both co-owners having equal rights over the property as such it is legal to add all the co-owners in the group. If refusing by the executive board then get issue a legal notice and deal the matter legally.

A.Dear Client,
thee seems to be no legal right violation here in the subject matter, there can be a beiger group used for communication matter on other social media platforms. as long as one member in the residence is receiving update as communication. there should not be an issue
