We have ancestral land at our native place, property partition is complex due to some issues, but we have tenants on the land, I am a coparcener but other coparceners are not giving my share of rent, can I file a civil case only for getting my share of rent? I am really not interested in partition of property but I am interested in share of rent. Please guide me. Thank You!

A.Dear Client,

You could file a straightforward lawsuit for partition, requesting a division of the land in question. Additionally, you may ask for an account of the income generated from the land and claim your rightful share of the profits.
