My neighbour is doing some work on common wall.. Some kind of hammering work and I believe it will weaken the wall or also the hammer vibration can cause collapse of my ceiling work done

Firstly please bring it to the notice of the apartment association if you live it in an apartment. Secondly communicate with your neighbours and learn as to what work is being done and check with them if it is permitted by the apartment association and if it's in accordance with the rules and guidelines of renovating/ fixing their apartment, if it is not so then you may complaint to the association but if it is. there can be no legal actions taken against the neighbor.
