A.Dear client

Custodial property is a property that has been transferred to a custodian along with the income and proceeds from that land/property. A property custodian is any person, officer, employee, department, agency, board, commission, or business that is responsible for the care, custody, and control of property. So you need to get in touch with the custodian and enquire whether the custodian has been vested with a right to execute a lease agreement. If yes then you can go ahead.

A.Dear Client,
We would require more details on the matter to precisely answer your query. However, you can get the lease of the custodian land for industrial purposes depending upon the type of area, State-laws governing it. Also, the same is subject to compliance with all the regulatory requirements.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.
