Your cousin sister has been subjected to harassment and emotional abuse by two boys, which has caused her distress. Despite her refusals, they persistently contacted her with inappropriate questions and demands. She sought help from her parents and confronted one of the boys, but the situation escalated when she inadvertently contacted him again. Now, there's a threat of legal action against her due to false accusations made by one of the boys. It's important for her to prioritize her safety and well-being, seek support from trusted individuals, and consider legal options if necessary. She should not be considered the harasser in this situation, and it's crucial to address the actions of the individuals responsible for her distress.

To deal with stalking the following steps may be taken to navigate the issue in the right way. Try to keep records of incidents, including dates, times, and descriptions, to provide evidence if needed. Take screenshots, save copies, and back up all evidence. Inform trusted individuals including family members, friends, or colleagues. Contact the Police and file a complaint providing them with all relevant details and evidence of the stalking incidents. If being stalked online then inform the Cybercrime cell and file a complaint before the court of the Magistrate concerned seeking a restraining order that prohibits the stalker from contacting or approaching you. Seek legal advice from an experienced criminal lawyer for guidance and steps.
