Hate speech Hate speech

I am a 28 years girl and I want to marry a 29 years boy. The boy is not from my state. For this reason my mother continuously makes hate speech for both of us. She also creates disturbences in my day to day work by shouting. From morning to night she makes unacceptable comments, mostly insulting his state and his culture. I want to know can I get any legal help to stop her making such comments and file any case against her for doing mental harassment to me.
