Recently the High Court banned such displaying of flex boards but if it is okay for BBMP in Bengaluru then you can display the same.

A.You need to take permission from the concerned authority before placing such advertisements.

A.If you want to go for flex advertisement and place flex board there should be acceptance or clearance from the concerned authority or the owner of the property where the flex board shall be fixed.
Also it should be taken care that advertisement should be free from violating religious sentiments which raises conflicts resulting to dispute, Should be cautions to matters subject to trademarks or copyrights of such advertising content.

A.When you want to erect and display flex advertisement then you have to seek permission from the owner of the land or premises and local bodies like municipal corporation. Once they have given you the permission then you can go ahead with your plan without any problem.
