SIR, PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW CAN I DO FOR MY FUTURE WITH MY CHILD. THANKS.
A.Sir, you explain to your wife and if she does not agree, then you can file a Divorce case against her and evict her from your property for want of property and also the application of the Conservation Rights of the According Section Section of the Hindu Marriage Act. Can be applied.
