Im a teacher by profession...received a post dated cheque on 24th march which they told me to deposit on 5th April..later they said me to wait due to insufficient balane in their account...still not received..pls guide me what shud i do.. Amt is 1,20,000INR

In the given case and under the given situations you need to send them a Legal Notice.

A. you need to send them a well drafted legal notice first. Then opt for legal proceedings

No...they just had a whatsapp chat saying abt it..they r not even replying to my calls
