Im a teacher by profession...received a post dated cheque on 24th march which they told me to deposit on 5th April..later they said me to wait due to insufficient balane in their account...still not received..pls guide me what shud i do.. Amt is 1,20,000INR

A.dear client in your case kindly send them a well drafted legal notice first. Then opt for legal proceedings
