from temporary service to direct regular absorption - interpretation on regular absorption above 10 years completed service . after 10 years above removed from service . is there any chance to reinstate that employee in same state service.

A.Dear Sir,
You have a very good case. Approach Service Tribunal or High Court and you will succeed. In the means\while join some other job as the court proceedings take 4-5 years.
