I completed my course 5years regular BA.,BL in govt law college chengalpattu on november 2017 but still i can't enrol has an advocate because of my 10th certificate as be in private but i completed my 10th course ( state board)in regular itself Bt still my name in enrolment list as pending becoze of this issue what can i do
A.Ask for a written reply quoting the clause if there is any specific bar to enrol for those who have done 10th in private. If such a clause exists you have to challenge the Rule/ clause itself in high court or Supreme Court by way of a writ petition.
