My sister want my fathers property money of 10 lakh. She made my father to sign on blank paper to give her money within 1 year. My father only has the land we have. Is there any solution so that we don't need to pay her money.

A.As per the existing laws even the daughters have rights on Father's property even after the Marriage & No one can stop her from doing so. But regarding your query of 10 lakhs from where did this figure come & why does she want 10 lakhs from father. Signature on blank paper is of NO use. On what basis she wants 10 lakhs & if father is also willing to give it to her out of love & affection, You CANNOT do anything as it is her fathers money & she has all rights on the fathers money. But if father does not want to give her any money then she cannot take 10 lakhs anyway so don't worry.

Now the problems of Senior citizens can be resolved immediately under the latest Act i.e. Senior Citizens Act. You please contact any of the local advocate and ask him to file necessary application before Sub Divisional Magistrate(SDO) seeking an injunction order against them and also get open the locked flats. A.No value of such signature. Better to file a normal complaint at the station so she can not misuse this in the future.
